CBSE Class 12 Results 2026 expected soon: Steps to check on DigiLocker, UMANG

The Central Board of Secondary Education is about to release the Class 12 Result 2026. As the result date gets closer, it’s better to keep your roll number and other details ready to avoid last-minute panic.

This year, results can be checked in many ways, not just websites but also apps like DigiLocker and UMANG. These options will help reduce website crashes and make it easier for everyone to download their marksheet quickly.

How to check CBSE Class 12 result on DigiLocker

Students need to log in to DigiLocker using their Aadhaar-linked details or registered mobile number. After opening the dashboard, go to the Education section and select CBSE. Then choose the Class 12 marksheet option, enter your roll number and other details, and download your marksheet easily. DigiLocker is a safe place to store your official documents.

How to access result via UMANG app

Students can also check their results using the UMANG app. Just log in, find CBSE services, and click on the Class 12 result option. Then enter your details, and your marksheet will show up on the screen, which you can download quickly. This is really helpful when official websites are slow due to too much traffic.

How to check scores on official websites

Students may visit cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, or cbseresults.nic.in to access results. Click on the Class 12 result link, enter roll number, school number, and admit card details. The marksheet will be displayed on the screen, which should be downloaded and saved for future use until the original documents are issued.

After the results are out, students can apply for verification of marks, re-evaluation, and even get copies of their answer sheets as per official rules.

If someone doesn’t pass in one or more subjects, they can appear for compartment exams. Since results are likely in the third week of May, students should check updates only from the Central Board of Secondary Education’s official sources.
