Kapaali first look has been unveiled along with the official title of Nara Rohith’s upcoming psychological horror thriller. The makers announced the film’s title on the actor’s birthday and released a first-look poster teasing a dark, supernatural mystery.
The announcement was made through the production house’s official Instagram handle, where the team introduced the film with the tagline, “A Journey Into The Unknown.”

The first-look poster features Nara Rohith in an intense police avatar, sporting a thick beard and a grim expression while looking upward, suggesting he is confronting an unseen force.
The artwork is filled with eerie visual elements, including twisted tree branches resembling a crown, ancient circular symbols and a mysterious female figure with glowing red eyes. Police personnel carrying rifles and a police transport vehicle positioned over a glowing ritual circle hint at a story blending crime, mythology and the supernatural.
According to the makers, the title ‘Kapaali’, which means “the one who wears a skull,” reflects the film’s dark theme.

Kapaali is written and directed by Raam Ganni and stars Hansika Motwani as the female lead, marking her return to Telugu cinema after a gap of a few years.
