Feeling drained all the time? Here’s how chakra meditation can help you recharge, clear your mind, and feel more focused and in control every day.

Feeling drained? Chakra meditation may help you regain energy and clarity, says expert

Some changes don’t arrive with noise. They settle in quietly and begin to reshape how you think, feel, and move through life. Chakra meditation is often described in this way, not as a quick fix, but as a steady shift that reflects in your energy, behaviour, and overall presence.

Chakra meditation, especially when practised on the Agna or eyebrow chakra, is described as a method that brings visible changes to the body. Aathman Awareness Centre founder Guruji Sundar explains to News Ei Samay that the “immune system will improve drastically,” and over time, the body becomes less prone to fatigue. Even after long working hours, a short period of rest can help regain full energy.

He also explains that regular practice reflects on one’s physical presence. “Your face will become glowing due to the accumulation of divine energy,” while the eyes become sharper and more focused. This creates a calm and noticeable presence that naturally stands out.

A clearer and more powerful mind

The impact of meditation extends deeply into mental functioning. Thought flow reduces significantly, allowing clarity to take its place. Guruji Sundar notes, “your mental strength will increase, and also your mind power will increase,” helping individuals stay composed and prepared in different situations.

He further explains that a meditator develops an ability to sense intent during conversations. This heightened awareness allows the mind to respond quickly and makes it difficult for others to mislead or manipulate. Emotional responses also come under control. “You will not get angry easily,” he says, and even if anger arises, it subsides quickly.

Discipline and behavioural changes

With a calm and steady mind, daily life becomes more organised. Tasks are completed on time, and responsibilities are handled with clarity and focus. Guruji Sundar highlights that a meditator naturally avoids distractions such as gossip and maintains a more orderly routine.

Social interactions also become smoother. A composed and positive presence helps build respect in different environments, and communication becomes more effective.

Rest, sleep, and balanced living

Meditation also improves rest and lifestyle habits. Guruji Sundar explains, “the moment you close your eyes at night, immediately you will enter into a deep sleep state,” without restlessness or disturbance.

Eating habits also become more balanced. The body begins to choose what it needs, avoiding excess and unhealthy patterns. This contributes to overall physical and mental well-being.

Moving towards inner stability

Instead of seeking relaxation through external activities, a meditator learns to restore energy from within. Even a short session of meditation can help regain calmness and focus. Guruji Sundar emphasises that with regular practice, “there will be no such thing as stress, depression, or mind-related illnesses.”

With regular practice, these changes gradually shape a more stable and active lifestyle. As he concludes, “when you practice chakra meditation regularly, you will lead an active and healthy life,” and most importantly, “you will be the master of your life.”
