Bollywood actor Salman Khan has broken his silence on the ongoing CJP-led student protests by expressing support for students demanding accountability over alleged examination irregularities.

Sharing a throwback photograph from his student days, the actor praised the peaceful nature of the movement while urging that it should not be turned into a political battle.

“The protest is the right way,” says Salman

In a heartfelt social media post, Salman reflected on the importance of education and said he was saddened that reports of violence had emerged from what he described as a peaceful movement.
