Vijay’s much-awaited film Jana Nayagan has been significantly reworked following the massive piracy leak that hit the project earlier this year.

According to producer Venkat K. Narayana of KVN Productions, the version reaching theatres will be noticeably different from the one that surfaced online, with fresh scenes, additional songs and other changes made to enhance the viewing experience.

The film, directed by H. Vinoth, is scheduled for a theatrical release on July 23 after overcoming several hurdles, including certification delays and a damaging online leak.
