For long-lasting fragrance, you can use vodka or jojoba oil. In this method, fill a glass bottle with flower petals and pour vodka or jojoba oil over them. Seal the bottle tightly and keep it in a cool, dark place for 48 hours to 1 week, so that the flower fragrance mixes well. Then strain it and add a few drops of essential oil if desired. This will make the perfume more concentrated and long-lasting.
