Dalal Street bleeds for 2 days straight: Can these 5 stocks defy the market today?

Monday and Tuesday witnessed virtual bloodshed in India’s stock market. All eyes are on the indices on Wednesday. The BSE Sensex has fallen nearly 2800 points in 2 days. Nifty’s situation is grave. In this situation, everyone is watching whether the indices will break the support zone and fall further on Wednesday. Even in this situation, SEBI-registered research analyst Sudip Brahmachary (Sudip Brahmachary, INH000011042) sees a ray of hope for some stocks for intra-day trading.

May 13, 2026 – Which stocks to watch?

Research analyst Sudip Brahmachary has advised on 5 stocks. What else did he say?

SBIN (State Bank of India)

Buy: 964. Stop Loss: 958. Target: 976

On Tuesday, SBI was the only index gainer. Accumulation has been observed. Interest in buying before May 16 for the dividend may be seen. It is expected to open gap-down.

It is near its 52-week high. An international order worth Rs 184 crore has come. After market opening, if there is a pullback in the 150-151 range, one can enter. A gap-up may be seen initially.

TCS (Tata Consultancy Services)

Buy: 2375. Stop Loss: 2350. Target: 2400

Though the intra-day range is wide, it is expected to be tradeable. If Nifty stabilises above 23400, then entry can be considered.

BORORENEW (Borosil Renewables)

Buy: 548. Stop Loss: 538. Target: 558

The company’s board meeting was held on Tuesday. If there is any positive news, results may be seen in the market on Wednesday. A significant jump has been seen in the fourth quarter EBITDA margin.

BHARTIARTL (Bharti Airtel)

Buy: 1770. Stop Loss: 1752. Target: 1790

This company will present its audited fourth quarter report on May 13. Buying bias may be created before the result announcement. It can be considered if the market opens positively or flat. But if the market opens with a gap down and stays below 1738, it cannot be traded.
