Spider-Man Brand New Day beats Avengers Endgame
The film, jointly released by Marvel and Sony, broke the record for highest collections from paid previews and advance screenings, making $72 million from previews, with the previous record held by Avengers: Endgame with $60 million in 2019, according to Hindustan Times.

After adding $95 million to its box office collection on its opening day, Brand New Day has reached a collection of $168 million, as confirmed by Sony. Endgame had an opening day worth $161 million in 2019, and Brand New Day just shattered that record.
Estimated weekend collections of Spider-Man Brand New Day
The film was expected to earn between $180 million and $190 million in its domestic opening weekend. Strong advance ticket sales later pushed that estimate to $250 million, and following the massive opening-day response, Sony has now increased its weekend projection to $300 million.
